Spotify Redesign Case Study
Overview:
This overview presents a case study focused on Spotify, a widely used music streaming service. The primary objective of this study was to gain insights into the current issues faced by Spotify users. To delve into the challenges experienced by consumers, a comprehensive approach was adopted, starting with Desk Research to gather existing information. Subsequently, a user survey and user interviews were conducted to obtain firsthand feedback. After meticulous data collection, a Persona was crafted to encapsulate the characteristics and needs of the target users.
